For domestic flights in Nepal, passengers must arrive 1 hour before departure. A valid Photo ID (Citizenship/Passport) is mandatory for all travelers.

Ticket Cancellation
Cancellations made 24 hours prior are eligible for a 90% refund. Last-minute cancellations (within 2-4 hours) are non-refundable.
Child & Infant Fare
Infants (under 2 years) pay only 10% of the fare. Children (2-12 years) are eligible for a 33% discount on base fares.
STOL Port Rules
Maximum 10kg baggage allowed for Lukla/Jomsom flights due to aircraft weight restrictions and short runways.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering flight delay, trip interruption, and high-altitude emergency evacuation for all mountain itineraries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is online check-in available?
Several domestic carriers provide web check-in facilities up to 24 hours prior to flight departure — we'll confirm availability for your specific booking.
Airlines will typically reschedule you on the next available flight, or provide a refund of the ticket value — this varies by carrier and cause of cancellation.
Very strict — 10 KG checked plus 5 KG hand carry is standard, due to short-runway aircraft weight limits. Excess baggage can usually be sent separately by porter or cargo flight.
Flights may be delayed, rerouted via Ramechhap, or flown by helicopter at an added cost. This is why we recommend keeping buffer days in any Everest-region itinerary.
