For domestic flights in Nepal, passengers must arrive 1 hour before departure. A valid Photo ID (Citizenship/Passport) is mandatory for all travelers.

Ticket Cancellation
Cancellations made 24 hours prior are eligible for a 90% refund. Last-minute cancellations (within 2-4 hours) are non-refundable.
Child & Infant Fare
Infants (under 2 years) pay only 10% of the fare. Children (2-12 years) are eligible for a 33% discount on base fares.
STOL Port Rules
Maximum 10kg baggage allowed for Lukla/Jomsom flights due to aircraft weight restrictions and short runways.
